The privacy of your personal information is important to us.

Your contact information, arrival date, departure date and guests' names and/or ages that you provide to us will be shared only with the Managers of Hoyochi Nikko and the cleaning staff we retain to clean the unit in order to anticipate your arrival. With your specific prior written permission, we will also share this information with others (such as other guests who are or will be staying at Hoyochi Nikko at the same time, friends who referred you to us, family members or owners of other condos at Hoyochi Nikko, as you direct).

Credit card or other financial information you provide to us will be kept confidential by us and will be used only to transact the deposits, rent payments or payment for damages or disclosed as required by law or court order.
